Novotel Goa Candolim

Good hotel with great amenities like a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me print out important documents on my first stay. Highly recommend making use of the relaxing spa! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Everything was awesome, suited the needs, and the stuff where always courteous people at reception desk. The location was great there, to the main beach. Further, it was not far from all the beaches and close to everything- restaurants. The pool was good and I had complementary drinks in the poolside bar.

Extremely comfy and beautiful designed place, we did not want to leave there.

The location couldn't be more excellent in the center. Moreover, it's not far from The Square, and the popular tourist attractions in North Goa. We loved well-maintained room with balcony and caring staff.

Liked marvellous and awesome breakfasts!!

Everything was great, the parking was onsite, the room was huge. We had Wheelchair Accessible room with a huge balcony and a sofa bed, as for instance, which was important. Tried awesome pancakes and hot waffles. The hotel was in a super central setting by the beach.

The air conditioning in the lobby could be improved!!! An upgrade on the children's facilities would enhance the family experience, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms really falls short of expectations!!!

The food was really good, especially breakfast, which we anticipated each day. Particularly the housekeeping, were attentive.

The outdoor swimming pool and spa services were fantastic for relaxation. The only hiccup was that we had to wait a bit for our towels, but it didn't ruin our great experience 😊

We loved the vibrant family atmosphere here! The kids enjoyed the supervised kids club, Happy Place, great to unwind by the pool. The restaurant features an excellent variety of food, especially the breakfast spread, made everyone smile!

In my wife's opinion, the check-in process took too long. It would be great to have a quicker check-in and check-out experience for families with little ones.

Fine, Fine, Fine

I loved the spacious Luxury King Room that was just like my own little retreat! The breakfast spread was a good start to my day, with a mix of local and international flavors that tickled every taste bud. The pool area was perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of local dishes. The staff was attentive and friendly. The pool area was spacious and well-maintained. A nice experience!

Amazing food and friendly staff!

Spent 4 nights with my family and really enjoyed it. The restaurant staff, especially Mr Pritpaal, Bipasa, and Mitunn, were super friendly and helpful. Food variety was awesome every day. The only bummer was the noisy street outside, hard to relax sometimes. A great vacation spot with great vibes!

Family-friendly environment with really good service.

Great tropical feel and amazing staff, but had issues with air conditioning power cuts.

Check-in took an hour. The room had some cleanliness issues. I noticed a few cockroaches and even a lizard . The bed runner was stained, and there were signs of seepage on the ceiling. The food at the restaurant was the highlight. I enjoyed the breakfast spread, and the flavors of the dishes were good. Staff at the restaurant were attentive. Despite these issues, I appreciated the location near the beach, easy to explore the area. Still, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
